The space
Walk onto your terrace balcony, and let the view take your breath away.

Step inside and you’ll find a completely refurbished one bedroom apartment. There is a new and well equipped kitchen and dining area, small bathroom with shower and a separate bedroom.

The living space has a sofa bed and there are plenty of games & puzzles to keep kids, and big kids, busy.
Guest access
You will have the apartment completely to yourselves, but we try to always be available should you need us.
Additional notes
All guests get fresh bed linen and towels (one large and one small towel per guest and stay) .

Covered parking is included.

For us the best moments at Spiez have been eating by the lake watching the sun go down, drinking cocoa on the balcony wrapped up in blankets, and enjoying a invigorating pre-breakfast dip in the lake and then being able to walk straight into a hot shower.

Whether you’re planning a skiing trip, a hike, a visit to the Jungfraujoch
or whether you simply want to unwind and watch the sailboats go by, come and enjoy a taste of Lakeside Living.
Neighborhood overview
In the bay you will find boats for hire; you can enjoy a game of
football, volleyball, a game of giant outdoor chess, or just sunbathe and cool off with a dip in the lake. There are restaurants and cafes open all year round.
Getting around
There are excellent train links from Basel, Zurich, Geneva and Lucerne with a boat service virtually to your door, a bus service in high season and plenty of taxis in the low season.

Alternatively there is a dedicated parking space in a covered garage, again only 100yds from the front door.
